Recruit & People Services Ltd was founded on the belief that recruitment is about more than just filling roles—it’s about building lasting professional relationships through people-focused support. This company has taken about 6 years to put into practice – 4 rebrands, including one just three weeks before launch. Through family losses and health issues, on 8 June 2026 the business finally goes live – ready to succeed.
I have navigated the recruitment landscape for many years and witnessed first-hand how challenging it has become. Even with my extensive experience, I have faced the mental exhaustion of silence from employers and the frustration of automated rejections. I understand the sting of being told you were nearly perfect but ultimately unsuccessful. My goal is to remove this stress, moving away from impersonal AI interactions and returning to a human, personal approach. I want to help you regain your confidence and your smile.
